Col Torront

Sparkling Wine

Pleasantly fruity semi-sparkling wine. It’s produced with Glera grapes coming from the owned plot of land historically known as Col Torront.

It has a dry taste, a full and pleasant structure that leaves a light bitterish aftertaste at the end.

Pairings

Considered its unique characteristics it suits the entire meal, especially fish dishes.

Storage

Stored at 12-16°C in a dark place, it helps to preserve its qualities even on the second year of age.

Service Temperature

At 8°-10°C it plays properly its role.
